OTTO – In-house Exhibition “Best in Class Online”
One of the most important projects in 2007 at the OTTO GmbH & Co. KG was “BIC Online“, which was completed in December of the same year. The project results explain the future positioning of the OTTO core business regarding the online market. Therefore OTTO decided to arrange an in-house exhibition to inform all employees about “BIC Online”.
In January 2008 all OTTO employees at the Hamburg premises had the chance to visit the “BIC Online Infotainment“ in-house exhibition. There they could give the newest online features a try and experience very tangible the future of OTTO Online.
At one single day almost 2,000 employees visited the exhibition. They could experience interactive innovations and get informed about the diverse concepts through talks with project leaders or charts and pictures on the stands. Additionally, the project results were presented via a specially produced movie, in which project leaders and employees reported about the development processes.
